Design win and mass production order for the TV market!

21 May 2014, Design win and mass production order for the TV market! H&D Wireless is awarded a design win and first mass production order of 50,000 units from a global and International leader within the pay television market. Total project value is >10 MSEK (1.5MUSD).

The customer will use the highly integrated and acclaimed HDG204 Wi-Fi System in Package (8×8 mm) targeting Hybrid Broadcast Broadband tv market products. Allowing TV sets to enjoy video on demand and extended services. The HDG204 is provided in conjunction with a full Wi-Fi SDK. H&D Wireless has also
supported the customer with system optimization and a smartphone app that includes the Griffin Eazy© config platform. European market launch is scheduled for September this year, 2014. For more information please contact sales@hd-wireless.se
